Jason R. Deschenes, on February 12, 2013, of Berlin. Age 39. Devoted father of Natalie Dematteo. Loving son of Ilene Alexandrowicz (Harry) and the late Richard Deschenes. Dear brother of Stacie Monagle (Chris). Beloved fiance of Margaret Zacchi. Step-father of Theresa and Lorren Marchese. Pop-pop of Ava. Uncle of Madelyn.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his visitation Friday 6:00 – 8:00 pm at the Egizi Funeral Home, 119 Ganttown Road, Washington Twp. Memorial Service 8:00 pm at the Funeral Home. Interment private.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Jason’s memory may be made to the American Cancer Society, Camden County Chapter, 1851 Old Cuthbert Road, Cherry Hill, NJ 08034. Condolences may be shared with the family at www.egizifuneral.com.
