He was a true good guy who wanted to help many and he will be missed. Rest in peace my friend! Lou

Jim and I moved to atlanta in 1974 from New York . We shared an apartment for a short period of time. That period of time was good and also interesting . Our thoughts and prayers go out to the Venditto family. Carol and Gary Pidcoe
I worked with Jim at Lister Petter Inc, and I will always remember him as a positive, upbeat person. He was ready to roll his sleeves up to solve issues and help anyone. In later years we would bump into each other at shows and he always asked after my family which was nice. Rest in Peace Jim.

Jim and I worked together at Deutz; I'll never forget our fishing trip on Lake Lanier during that de-motivational sales meeting.
I helped him get his job at FW Murphy at the time I was leaving them; sorry Jim...just kidding!
Jim and I were engine brethren through and through...I'd lie and he'd swear to it...
I'm shocked by this tragic news and mourn for the Venditto family.
Great journeys my friend!
Mike thinking of you at this time, I am keeping you and your family in my prayers. Love Renee Henson

Sandy and family-Mike and I were shocked to hear of Jim's passing. I cherish our memories of 'the good old days" back in the "70's" when we all went to Lake Lanier for good times in your boat. We sure knew how to party back then! You and Jim were great friends. God bless you and keep you in his care, now and in the days to come.

Jim got me a job at Deutz in 1979 were I stayed for 18 years. Although Jim and I lost touch for quite awhile after he left Deutz our engine lives crossed paths again a few years ago. When I was laid off Jim went above and beyond to try and help me find something but it was 2008-2009 and the bad economy was just getting started. After landing a job in VA fortunately Jim and I were able to share a couple of dinners and talk about old times and our lives now. I'm so sorry to hear this sad news but I know Jim was proud of his family and I will mourn with them.

Sandy,
Many fond memories watching our sons grow up, running from soccer field to basketball court and back again. The cookouts, the Chinese dinners, all great times that we cherished.

It is never easy losing a father and there are no appropriate words to help ease your pain but please take some comfort in the fact that the best parts of him will continue to live on in you and your brother.
