Jacqueline M. Lombardo

(nee Jackson) On December 4, 2024 of Washington Twp. Age 79. Dear sister of Dolores Flaemig (Bruce). Loving aunt of Frank Sabella (Sabrina) and Stephanie Lees (William). Proud great-aunt of Kathryn Sabella, Evelyn Lees, and Jude Lees. Loved by “The Shore Gang” and many friends.

Jacqueline Lombardo, lovingly known as “Aj” (short for “Aunt Jackie”), cherished her family deeply. She had an incredible gift for genealogy and could recount her family’s history in remarkable detail, naming all her cousins—and then some! She enjoyed the shore, where she created countless memories with lifelong friends lovingly called “the shore gang.”

A talented artist, Aj enjoyed being part of an art group where she created paintings, carved wooden birds, and created decorative Santas. Her knack for keeping up with everyone’s lives was extraordinary; she remembered birthdays, anniversaries, and special events with ease. She loved attending concerts by the shore, spending time with her beloved dog Lady, and cherished her daily conversations with her sister.

Aj lived life to the fullest, defying all odds over the last 20 years as she courageously faced numerous medical challenges. She lived on her own terms, inspiring all who knew her.

We are so blessed to have shared in her love and light. Until we meet again, our sweet “Aj,” we hold you in our hearts. <3

Family and friends are welcome to attend her visitation Wednesday, December 18^th 10:00 – 11:00 AM at The Church of The Holy Family, 226 Hurffville Rd., Washington Twp. Funeral mass 11:00 AM.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Jacqueline’s memory may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
