Pat, I'm so sorry for your loss. It's not easy to lose your mother, I know. But, it's not hard to remember all the good times either. Aunt Irene had a full life surrounded by a wonderful family that she enjoyed. I still remember all the good times as a kid on Christian St. and our Sunday trips to Essington and later on to Motts Creek. Ciotka Irene was the best cook, too, making home-made kielbasa and kruschiki. And it tickles me when I think about us taking mom and Aunt Irene to Las Vegas... they sure had a blast! I'm really sorry I can't make it to the services, but you and your family are in my thoughts and prayers. I will miss Ciotka Irene. Take care, with lots of love, Joyce

Pat, I'm so sorry to hear of your mom's passing. I know what you're feeling right now, as I just lost my uncle whom I cared for in his later years two months ago. My memories of your mom were of her tending to the flowers at your house when I would be dropping off my Avon purchase order many years ago! and I would say hi and we would chat a little. She was a lovely lady and may she now find rest.
