On November 10, 2014 of Washington Twp. Age 83. Beloved husband of the late Catherine R. (nee Romeo). Devoted father of Domenica Mihalko (Ronald), Innocenzo, III (Michelé), F. Anthony Visceglia, Sr. (Kathryn), and the late Maria Rose Miller. Loving grandfather of Innocenzo IV (Kandace), Dominic (fiancé Amanda), Vincenzo, Gianna, Abrian (fiancé Michelle), Johanna (Christopher), Anthony and Cassandra. Proud-great-grandfather of Emily, Kaitlyn, Audrianna, Innocenzo V, Julian and Savannah.

Jim enjoyed model trains. The Christmas tree was not complete until the trains were running around the tree. He would break them down and rebuild them every year.

im also loved working with his hands and building things. He moved from project to project.
He exemplified the act of service. Jim served his country in the United States Coast Guard, and he served others every Sunday visiting the sick in the nursing home.

Jim had two families. His wife, four children, and the extended family he so loved and his church family. He loved serving the Lord with his church family. We know dad was called home to be with Jesus our Lord. He will be forever missed. Heaven’s gain is our loss.

We all Love you! Dad, we all love you so very much!!

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Memorial Mass Friday 11:00 am at St. Charles Borromeo RC Church, 176 Stagecoach R., Washington Twp. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers donations in Jim’s memory may be made to the American Cancer Society 1851 Old Cuthbert Road, Cherry Hill, NJ 08034. Your dad was a class act. He is on the express train to haven. I remember how he came to my fathers house and gave him communion. He always put everyone before his own needs. He will missed. My sympathy with you and your family. Godspeed Larry and Debra Ross

So sorry for your loss. Mr. Visceglia sat in front of me in church. I was saddened to hear of his passing. Prayers for his family as I am sure he has left a big void. Rest in peace.

I met Jim in 2003, well of course at church, I was sitting on one side of the alter and he was sitting on the other side. My son was 3 years old and he threw his cup on the floor and it broke open, juice went everywhere. Jim being the giving person he was, came over with some towels and helped my clean the floor before communion started. From that point on he would say hello to me and my kids. When I started working with the youth group he started coming around and offering his help. He became the steady bingo caller when we had kids bingo. He was a joy to be around. Just one thing I didn't understand about Jim, he forever called me Marie, and my name is actually Christine. After a while I gave up and just became Marie. We will miss you JIm, God Bless.

Good-natured, warm-hearted Uncle Jimmy. Comforting and practical--it always helped to talk things over with him. As husband and father, he was a role model for all of us trying to be better spouses and parents. He was thoughtful, considerate and patient: so many quiet virtues that in reality gave him great presence and stature as a person. He knew how to enjoy life and enjoy the people around him. And he gave tirelessly to his family and to his community. He truly made the world a better place. A hard-working and beautiful life, but the last of his generation in the family. It's sad to have to say goodbye. I know he passed away in the embrace of a large and loving family. I remember him now with the greatest love and respect. Hugs to all my cousins from Felice and family.

I will miss Jim very much. His kindness , compassion and thoughtfulness was always a testament of his faith which he shared so generously with others. God Bless You Jim! My thoughts and prayers are with Jim , his family and friends at this difficult time.

My husband and I lived next to Jim from 2001-2014. He was an absolute wonderful person, neighbor and friend. His family and his church meant the world to him. My deepest condolences go out to his amazing family. Lois and Trey Dieterich
