Tribute Video

Athena left a message on September 1, 2020:
I am extremely heartbroken over Helen's death, I still cannot believe she is gone, I will miss her so much. She and I volunteered together nearly every Friday for 2 years, and I loved her like a grandmother. She was a wonderful influence, presence, and dear friend. It is so rare to find a person with that level of genuine warmth, sweetness, generosity, and class. She was one-of-a-kind, beyond helpful, and a wonderful listener. She truly cared, never complained, and I am so grateful that I was lucky enough to know her and spend that amount of time around her. I will forever treasure our last messages, words, and hugs, her favorite songs, and all of the lovely gifts she ever gave to me. My deepest, most genuine condolences to her family, who I know that she loved and talked about constantly. That tribute video with those photos and songs was so lovely and made me cry. I know that I and many others will never forget her.
