Gertrude “Trudy” E. Buelow, (nee Messing), went to be with the Lord on August 12, 2022, of Washington Twp.  Age 79.  Beloved mother of Diane Archer (the late George) and Lorraine Buelow (Brian Knox).  Loving grandmother of Michael Martinez (Tifanie), Ivey Perez (David), Zoe Papadopoulos (Rey), Shelby Berggren (Adam) and Emilee Perez (Ryan).  Proud great-grandmother of Nathaniel, Isabella, Inuyashua, Lucas, Letti, Troy, Myhia, Brooklyn, Jayce, Oliver and Isaac.  Dear sister of Patricia, Kathleen, Henry, John, Dolly and the late Harvey, Sunny, Jim, Joe, Lorraine and Norma.  Devoted long-time companion of Pasquale Rubino.  She is also survived by many cherished nieces and nephews.

Family and friends are invited to her viewing Tuesday 10:30 am – 12:00 pm at SS Peter and Paul RC Church, 362 Ganttown Rd., Washington Twp.  Mass of Christian Burial 12:15 pm.  Interment, St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Chews Landing.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Trudy’s memory may be made to a charity of your choosing.

To my childhood Friends Lorraine and Diane – I am so sorry for the loss of your dear mother. And what a loss I know it is for you both. I have so many great memories of your mom from my own childhood. Swimming in your backyard pool, weeding the gardens, going to the skating rink, just to name a few. In later years, we would talk on the phone a few times a year, and it was always a treat to hear from her! She was at my wedding, baby showers, and bridal shower, and I was so happy that she was there. I was always grateful for her friendship to my mom and grandmom. She had a great disposition and wonderful sense of humor that I will never forget! It was an absolute pleasure and honor for me to know her all my life. I am deeply sorry for your loss.
