Gene R. Rueblinger

March 20, 1940 - October 27, 2011

On October 27, 2011 of Washington Twp. Age 71. Beloved husband of Lynn M. nee Riccardi. Devoted father of Glen W. Linda, Rex G. Linda and Chris Rueblinger Rebecca. Loving grandfather of Andrew, Eric, Rex, Cole, Jake and Emma. Dear brother of Richard, William, Carl and Mark Rueblinger.

“Gene loved spending time with his family and Grandchildren. He had a great passion for sports, especially Soccer and Boxing. Gene started the youth soccer program in Washington Twp. in 1974. He created a clinic utilizing many High School soccer players as instructors. The Clinic evolved into the WTAA soccer program with structured teams and schedules playing in the Gloucester County League. Gene graduated from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business. He was employed with General Electric in Philadelphia for 25 years and worked in several different positions. He retired in 1989 as a Quality Assurance Manager.”

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing Tuesday 9:00-11:00 am at the Egizi Funeral Home 119 Ganttown Rd. Washington Twp. Funeral service 11:00 am. Interment Gloucester County Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Williamstown. In lieu of flowers donations in Gene’s memory may be made to Virtua Foundation, P.O. Box 70260, Philadelphia, PA 19176-9703.
