Gabriel Matthew Magri, 39, of Washington Twp., passed away on December 31, 2021. Gabriel was born in New Jersey on August 9, 1982. He is survived by his sister, Eva Magri; nieces, Angelina and Samara Magri; the love of his life, Rachel Reed; and many lifelong friends. He is predeceased by his father, Daniel Magri; mother, Rose Magri; and brother Daniel Magri.
Gabriel spent his time being dedicated to the world of recovery. He embraced recovery and completed his Recovery Coach certification through City of Angels. He used his personal life experience and knowledge to help as many people as possible through his heart of gold. Gabe made an impact in the lives of others and in the recovery community.
A big part of his recovery was at Stop The Heroin; where through outreach and direct support, he spent much of his time assisting sober living members get to and from meetings and assisted others in finding their own road to recovery without judgement.
Gabriel was the kindest human around and took a lot of pride in his spirituality. He will be remembered by his technology knowledge, coffee love, witty humor, bear hugs, and big smile.
