On May 26, 2025, of Washington Twp. Age 72. Beloved husband of Blanche E. (nee Tomlinson). Devoted father of Nicole (Rob), Frank, IV and Anthony Rosati.
Frank was a devoted husband to Blanche and loving father to Nicole, Frank, and Anthony. He loved to fish, plant, and just sit in the back yard and listen to the birds. He also loved to watch his puppies run around out back. He loved to go to the casinos and play in the poker tournaments.
His biggest passion was his children he always put them first, and made sure they knew how much he loved them
Frank’s life will be honored and remembered privately by his family.
