Frank D. Clawell
On January 13, 2017 of Cape May, formerly of Blackwood. Age 83. Beloved husband of the late Loretta L. (nee DiFalco). Beloved father of Cathy Gassler, Karen Hayes (John), The late Frank Clawell, Elaine McDonnell (Dave) and Susan Kerrigan (James). Loving grandfather of Jimmy, Emily and Jack. Proud great-grandfather of James. Frank was the long time companion of the late Peggy Daly. Dear brother of Phyllis Inman and the late Eleanor Rutherford.
Frank was a Bible Study teacher each summer which reflected his lifetime commitment to the church which sustained him through his life. He loved and was dedicated his family and friends, spending time fishing and at the Beach. Early on, Frank loved coaching Little League Midget Football. Frank spent his free time as an avid bowler, actually bowling a perfect game on more than one occasion. He was a Philly sports fan, taking in his share of Eagles & Phillies games over the years.
We are all grateful for the life lessons Dad taught us and will live a life that we hope will make him proud.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing Thursday 9:30-11:00 AM at the Egizi Funeral Home 119 Ganttown Rd., Washington Twp. Funeral service 11:00 AM. Interment, St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Chews Landing.
