It is my deepest regret to hear the passing of Fran. Fran and Herb were the best neighbors and role models a young teenage could ask for; moving in next door in 2014, both Fran and Herb quickly became my friends. I cannot express my gratitude towards them both. Sending love and prayers to the Wilson family and friends in this time of grief.

Loretta left a message on February 2, 2025:
Fran was my sister-in-law a woman whose quiet strength touched so many lives. She was a gentle force, steady, unwavering, and always present. As a mother she was a nurturing person beyond measure, embodying Patience that could only be described as the patience of Job! Her love knew no limits and her kindness was a gift she freely gave to all. She never spoke ill of annyone, choosing instead to lead with empathy and understanding. Fran’s goodness was not loud, but it was profound. She had an innate ability to make people feel valued, to listen without judgment and to offer comfort in the simplest yet meaningful ways. In a world that can be unkind, she remained true to herself, forever, compassionate, forever giving. I have lost more than a sister-in-law. I have lost a dear friend, and a true partner in our family. The Wilson family will never be the same without her, but her legacy of love, patience, and kindness will remain in our hearts. We would all do well to live by her example, to carry forward the goodness she’s so effortlessly shared. Fran, you are forever missed forever loved and forever in our hearts.
