Frances P. Milligan (nee Pratash), on March 18, 2017, of Franklinville. Age 81. Beloved wife of the late George. Loving mother of George J. Milligan, Jr. (Patricia), Theresa Flaherty (William), Ronald W. Milligan (Cynthia), Linda Howlett (Charles) and Kenneth M. Milligan (Michelle).
Devoted grandmother of William, Jr., David, Jessica, Zachary, Cody, Julia, Colleen, Craig, Chelsea and great-grandmother of James and Curtis. Dear sister of Virginia Heery and Rosalie Burris.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewing Saturday 10:00 -11:00 am at Egizi Funeral Home, 119 Ganttown Rd. Washington Twp. Funeral Service 11:00 am. Interment Janvier Cemetery, Franklinville.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Frances’ memory may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association, 399 Market St., Suite 102, Philadelphia, PA 19106 or the Gloucester County Animal Shelter, 1200 N. Delsea Dr., Clayton, NJ 08312.

Mrs Milligan was a blessing to those who knew her. Her laughter, contagious, her heart, huge. Remember all the times at the playhouse, my dog Peppy running away, often ending up with her spaniel. The love she had for cats and the care she gave to many. She was also a joy to have at my Hair Studio, until she was unable due to Alzheimer's. My love goes out to all! God bless.
