Frances C. Gaus

May 28, 1939 – April 26, 2024

Frances C. Gaus,(nee Chapes), Beloved wife of the late William Gaus, dear mother of William E. Gaus, the late Barbara Gaus, grandmother, aunt, cousin, sister and sister-in-law to many family members, passed away peacefully on April 26, 2024 in Blackwood, NJ.

Fran was a long-time parishioner of St. Charles Borromeo Church, Sicklerville, NJ and was a member of the Church’s senior group, known as Charlie’s Angels.  Fran enjoyed spending time with family and friends and many activities, such as bingo, listening to music and doing crossword puzzles. Fran is now a special angel with her family who have passed before her.  May she rest in peace.

Family and friends are invited to attend her visitation Friday 9:00 – 10:00 AM at St. Charles Borromeo Roman Catholic Church, 176 Stagecoach Rd., Sicklerville, NJ 08081. Mass of Christian Burial 10:00 AM. Interment SS. Peter & Paul Cemetery, Springfield, PA.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Frances’s memory may be made to St. Charles Borromeo RC Church, at the address above or a charity of your choice.
