On November 1, 2014 of Winslow Twp. Age 85. Beloved husband of the late Audrey (nee Scull). Devoted father of Dennis Carr (Lisa), Patricia Haaf (Paul), and Jeffrey Carr. Loving grandfather of Patrick, Jason and Lena.
Gene was a devoted fan of everything Notre Dame. He proudly served his country in the US Navy during the Korean War. He volunteered his time on the Battleship New Jersey as a docent.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing Saturday 9:30 – 11:00 am at the Egizi Funeral Home 119 Ganttown Rd., Washington Twp. Mass of Christian Burial 12:00 pm at Our Lady of Peace Parish/St. Mary’s Church, Williamstown. Interment St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Swedesboro.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Eugene’s memory may be made to the St. Joseph’s Angel Fund, 133 N. 3rd Street, Hammonton, NJ 08037. Condolences may be shared with the family at www.egizifuneral.com.
