Elizabeth Marucci

(nee Venuto) On May 23, 2021 of Somerdale.  Age 89.  Beloved wife of the late Ralph A.  Devoted mother of Leonard (Donna), Ralph, and Peter Marucci (Patricia).  Loving grandmother of Jeannine (Billy), Alayna (Jon), Laura (Shawn), Peter, II (Gina), and Rebecca (Jeff).  Proud great-grandmother of Emily, Megan, Natalia, Gianna, Jayden, Matthew, and Andrew.  Dear great-great-grandmother of Gavin and Gemma.

Family and friends are invited to attend her visitation Friday 10:00-11:00 AM at Our Lady of Hope Parish/St. Agnes RC Church, 701 Little Gloucester Rd., Blackwood.  Mass of Christian Burial 11:00 AM.  Interment, St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Chews Landing.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Elizabeth’s memory may be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.

Life will never be the same again. Saturday lunches, a loud tv, casino trips in the Lincoln, pulling on my toes until they come out of the sockets.....nothing...ever. I miss you but I hope that you are very happy in Heaven. Keep an eye on me. I tend to do stupid things. And if you were that little dragonfly that hovered in front of my face yesterday, thank you for the sign that there is more than just this here....what we can see. Thank you for never judging and always loving me through all the good and bad. Dad, Uncle Ralph, Uncle Pete.... I am so sorry.
