July 20, 1946 - November 2, 2012

Edward J. Omrod, on November 2, 2012, of Williamstown. Age 66. Beloved son of the late William and Bertha nee Mulholland Omrod. Dear brother of Sandra Snow, Harold and William. Also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and many dear friends.

Ed was a US Navy veteran and served during the Vietnam Conflict. He worked at Modern Handling Equipment Co. for 25 years and Gloucester Terminals for 13 years.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing Saturday 8:30 – 10:30 am at the Egizi Funeral Home, 119 Ganttown Rd, Washington Twp. Funeral Service 10:30 am. Interment Gloucester County Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Williamstown, NJ.

I have known Ed for maybe 26 yrs. As Ed was friends with Mark and Al, whom I knew a little better, and we got to know each other. I could sure talk his ear off. My Uncle Ed was a very happy go luckly man.All the way to the end. He was a great listener and if for any reason you needed him he would be right there to help. He knew how to enjoy life. Uncle Ed said that he had a great life. The only thing that he said he missed out on was that he didn't travel as much as he wanted too. I couldn't have asked for a better Uncle..
