Ebby and Jane were our neighbors for the last 15 years or so. They were both wonderful people and were very kind to our children and our whole family. Ebby was an old salt with a heart of gold. He was always giving away what he had and sharing his knowledge of life with anyone who asked. He was an incredible gardener and I was the recipient of some of his saplings which still grow in my yard. We enjoyed visiting him from time to time and observing all of his "old junk", as he would call it. His 'junk' was actually works of art and antiques which held many fond memories for him. One of my favorite memories of Ebby is the time he took me and our 3 children into the woods to find grapevines which he then helped them make into 3 foot tall figurines. They got an 'A' in art class for that project! He was so talented and a great neighbor and friend. He will be missed, as was his sweet wife Jane when she passed. With fond memories. Ebby and Jane lived in the most beautiful house in Cape May. Ebby was an artist but I don't think he knew it. Everything he touched inside and outside was exquisite. He eventually bought my cousin's, Paula Shanley, house at the end of his block. For some reason we all hit it off and became best friends. When my cousin left, I lost track of such a good friend. We had dinner once @ a country club in Washington Twsp....I can never forget someone who created beauty like Ebby did. So sorry not to have stayed closer. There is a great lesson to be learned here for me. God Bless Ebby and Jane. Heaven will be a prettier place because of Ebby. Sadly, Barbara Ann Logan 906 NE Lake Shore Drive Millville, NJ 08332....856 825 0690.
Peace of mind is a call away. We’re here when you need us most.

To my best friend. The gates opened wide on good Friday to accept you. If anyone should have been a dad it was you. You treated me just like a son, and I would have done anything for you in the world. Your heart was as big as the state of Texas. I'm glad we had the years together. You always be in my heart forever. Until we meet again. Love Scott G.

Please accept my deepest condolences for the death of your loved one. Losing someone in death is a very difficult time for family and friends. Please allow me to share some scriptures which have brought me a measure of comfort in times of sorrow. Revelation 21:3,4 tells us that, "death will be no more," and John 5:28,29 assures us of a wonderful hope of a resurrection. What a joyous time when we can reunite with those whom we have lost in death.!
