On April 7, 2011 of Washington Twp. Age 82. Beloved husband of Mary V. nee Weinhofer. Devoted father of Edward J. Keri, Thomas A. Ida Mae, Carolyn M. Kelly Francis., James P. Susan and Gregory P. Rossi Sandra. Loving grandfather of Mary, Krystal, Shannon, Alise, Adam, Laurie, Angela, Nicholas and Morgan. Proud great-grandfather of Kylie, Lilly and Raina. Dear brother of Eugene, Rose Reali, Jerome and the late Margarita Rossi.

Ed Loved his Children and grandchildren. They were the utmost importance in his life, but not before his loving, caring, beautiful wife and friend. Ed loved to laugh. He had a very special love of God and faith and life, which he shared and passed on to his children and grandchildren. Ed had a passion for gardening. He also enjoyed teaching and his career in Data Processing and Real Estate. He had fun with Texas Hold’em, horse racing and the stock market.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing Sunday eve. 7:00-9:00 pm and Monday 8:15-9:15 am at the Egizi Funeral Home 119 Ganttown Rd. Washington Twp. Mass of Christian Burial 10:00 am at St. Charles Borromeo RC Church Washington Twp.
Interment Gloucester County Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Williamstown. In lieu flowers donations in Ed’s memory may be made to St. Charles Borromeo RC Church 176 Stagecoach Rd. Sicklerville, NJ 08081 or to Caring Hospice 102 Gaither Drive Suite 2 Mt. Laurel, NJ 08054.

A wonderful person and friend. Mr. Rossi will live in our memories forever. -Marie & Jackie

A kinder, loving, and more gentle person, I have yet to meet. We can all count on Heaven being a better place, with Ed's addition to its ranks. We will all miss his beautiful smile and kind demeanor. May he rest in God's eternal peace.

What a faithful man of God! All of Heaven is rejoicing at Ed's appearing and the only comfort in our loss is that we will see Ed again at a much better time and in a much better place. Ed was at my Father's bedside during my Father's time of transition from earth to Heaven and I feel that they are fellowshipping around the throne of God together as they await our arrival when the Lord calls us home. I can only imagine! Take comfort in God's Word that states:. . . to be absent from the body, and to be present with the Lord ~ 2 Corinthians 5:8 Our lives have been enriched to know Mr. Rossi for so many years and to witness His walk with the Lord in such a diligent and respectful manner. We can learn from him, that you can actually live "like this" all the days of your life! We pray for the family now to be undergirded with strength and valour as your generation becomes promoted as Patriarch for service for the King of Kings, and Lord of Lords, Jesus Christ of Nazareth who went about doing good ~ Acts 10:38 Sincerely, Pastor Lorraine & Pastor Tom Blum

I was so sad to hear about Mr. Rossi's passing. I met him when I worked at South Jersey Savings and Loan back in the 1990s. He was such a sweet man and I always enjoyed seeing him. I also was friends with his grandson, Greg being that I grew up in Whitman Square. The world lost a wonderful man. God Bless you during this difficult time.
