Dorothy B. Konitshek on November 16, 2013, of Mt. Laurel. Age 87. Beloved wife of the late Carlton. Loving mother of Carol Snyder (the late John), Joan Rafferty (Ed), Jean Zmijewski (Michael), Thomas Michael Konitshek (Connie), Dorothy Nelson (Kevin), Janet Danovich (Edward), Paula Froio (Gregg) and the late Thomas John Konitshek and Mary Ellen Taglienti Devoted mommom of 20 and great-mommom of 8. Also survived by her dear sisters Irene Donch, Virginia Bak; her son-in-law Eugene Taglienti and many nieces and nephews.

Dorothy dedicated over 40 years of service and her talents to Our Lady of Good Counsel Parish. One of her greatest loves was being a member of its choir. Family was always most important and she loved celebrating new life and birthdays with her boundless energy. She is by far the strongest woman we will ever know, and the sassiest of all matriarchs.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewing Wednesday 6:00 – 8:00 pm at Our Lady of Good Counsel RC Church, 42 W. Main St., Moorestown, NJ 08057. Mass of Christian Burial Thursday 9:00 am at the church. Interment will take place Thursday 2:00 pm at St. John’s Cemetery, 25 Camp Ave., Darien CT.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Dorothy’s memory may be made to the Melissa Froio Foundation, 25 Aberdeen Dr., Sicklerville, NJ 08081 or at www.melissafroio.org.

Condolences may be shared with family at www.egizifuneral.com. Arrangements are under the care of the Egizi Funeral Home, Washington Twp.
