Dorothy A. McDonough (nee Gorczynski), of Washington Twp., age 82, passed away peacefully at Ocean Medical Center in Brick, NJ on Sunday, July 10, 2016, surrounded by her four daughters who will miss her dearly: Karen (Tom), Susan (Richard), Nancy (Michael) and Amy (Charlie). She will be lovingly remembered by her grandchildren Jessica (Andrew), Samantha (Charles), Jeremy, Erin, Stephen, Zachary, Braeden, Lindsay and Hayley. Dorothy is now reunited in Heaven with her loving husband Charles, grandson Shaun, her parents Stanley and Veronica and her sister Marie. Dorothy was born in Philadelphia and even after moving to South Jersey, remained a true Philadelphian her entire life. She enjoyed family, music, painting and drawing and a “good old movie”. She also loved to travel.

Her life will be celebrated on Friday, July 15 at St. Charles Borromeo Church, 176 Stagecoach Road, Sicklerville. Visitation will take place from 10:30-11:30 AM, mass to follow. Interment will be at Gloucester County Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Williamstown.
