My deepest sympathies to Harry, Brad and Donna's entire family. I spoke with her for many years in her capacity as a transcriber for Philadelphia federal court. She was always easy to work with and friendly to talk to. But the most important and special conversations we had occurred when I was suffering serious health issues a few years ago. I was very grateful to have someone to talk to who was going through similar situations as myself. We commiserated, laughed and sometimes cried together often during the year I was home. I will miss her very much.

Our deepest condolences to Harry, Brad and his precious family. You all were blessed with having your loving wife and mom and now have the greatest memories to take you on through life. A good friend Donna was to all. I had the opportunity to work with Donna and met an amazing family through it all. A heart worn on her sleeve, this was Donna and her love for all was always shown everyday. You will be so missed. God Bless you all.

Kurt Fillman left a message on January 15, 2019:
To my dear Sister who I rarely called Sister in law. Donna has such a big heart to all that she encounters. A hard working and dedicated Mom and Wife. Nothing stopped her from accomplishing anything she set her mind to. She built a wonderful family along with her Husband and my best friend Harry. We all grew Brad up each in our own ways. I was always the Uncle who taught him things maybe parents wouldn't want to teach him but he needed to learn in this tough world. Donna was the last survivor of the Angelo Virelli Family. Her sweet Cousin Connie is now the last of the three Girls who grew up like sisters. Italian families are tight, but I never knew a family or was a part of a family as tight as this one. No one hid anything and they were always there for each other bar nothing. I am now an Honorary Italian because of them. For those who may not know, Donna's twin Diane was my heart who I married and lost in just 6 short years. Being married to Diane met you were married to Donna. That twin bond with them could never be broken and they never fought as long as I knew them. Donna can now be back holding hands with Diane as they always did walking on the boardwalk in Wildwood. Although Donna has to leave her precious family, mostly her two most precious granddaughters Charlotte and Thea, she can now be comforted by Angelo, Rita, Bobby and Diane. Hilary and Brad now have big shoes to fill raising these girls and keep the family traditions living on. Cancer is evil and hard to deal with but nothing would stop that 5' nothing woman from anything. She gave cancer the battle of its life. I pray now that we can find a cure for all forms of cancer so no one else has to suffer like this. Salute a Cent'anno or Chin Don to you Donna. May you live in our hearts for more than 100 years! I love you and Rest in Everlasting Peace.
