I was deeply saddened to learn of Don's passing. Not only did he and I work together for many years at Philadelphia Electric's Engineering & Design Division, but we were Whitman Square neighbors. I always looked forward to Don's Christmas letter left in my mailbox. Many blessings to Don's family. RIP Don!

Laurie Tumale left a message on March 25, 2017:
Uncle Don was responsible for keeping the family connected despite my father (his brother, Capt. Gerald Dunn) being stationed all around the world during his naval career and ending up on separate coasts raising families. Uncle Don would regularly call and write us with wonderful letters about our family history, a legacy I truly cherish. It was an incredible blessing that we were able to have a family reunion last year and bring the 3 brothers and their families together. As a result, we are all more bonded and able to maintain the relationships he always wanted our family to experience...all the way to the 3rd generation of cousins! We send our love and prayers from Texas and look forward to the greatest reunion of all with Uncle Don in heaven. God Bless, Laurie Jean (Dunn) Tumale (Joel, Mikayla and Jaden Tumale)
