It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Dominic, a beloved husband, father, brother, and friend, who peacefully left this world on 1/20/25 at the age of83. Dominic’s life was one of joy, passion, and a deep love for family, friends, and community.
Born and raised in Camden, Dominic grew up playing stickball in the streets, forming lifelong friendships and memories. His love for sports carried into adulthood as he became an avid racquetball and tennis player, as well as a skilled bowler who was always up for a friendly competition.
Dominic’s love for the water led him to purchase a fishing boat, where countless weekends were spent “down the shore,” enjoying the salt air and good company. Whether fishing, relaxing, or sharing laughter, these moments became cherished traditions for family and friends alike.
A graduate of Rutgers University, Dominic earned his bachelor’s degree and carried his education into a fulfilling career, working at Cigna, and then meeting his forever love, Karen. Beyond his professional achievements, Dominic was a man of simple joys—a car enthusiast who never missed the chance to visit the Berlin Farmers Market, proudly showing off the unique finds he scored “on the quarter blanket.”
Family gatherings were the cornerstone of Dominic’s life. He had a way of bringing everyone together, whether it was for a holiday, a barbecue, or a casual Sunday dinner. His warmth, humor, and generous spirit created a home filled with love and laughter.
Dominic will be deeply missed by his loving wife, Karen, his children, Kevin and Jeffrey, and his extended family and countless friends. He leaves behind a legacy of love, resilience, and the reminder to cherish life’s simple pleasures. Dominic’s memory will forever be a guiding light in the hearts of those who knew and loved him. May he rest in eternal peace.
