(nee Lenkowski) On May 9, 2025, of Williamstown. Age 82. Beloved wife of the late Louis. Devoted mother of Denise Graff (Michael), Michelle Gilbert (Jeff), Kimberly Bagin (Brian), and Brian Gilbert (Dawn). Loving grandmother of Lexi, Ava, Chloe, Sofia, Declan, and Blake. Dear sister of Christine Selb.
Dolores M. Gilbert, a devoted mother, grandmother, and friend, passed away peacefully surrounded by her children.
She was predeceased by her beloved husband of 56 years Louis, with whom she shared many cherished years. Together, they built a strong and loving family that remains her greatest legacy. She and Louis especially loved to travel—often going as far as necessary in search of the best crabs and seafood.
Dolores dedicated her early years to raising her children as a stay-at-home mother. Once they were older, she began a second chapter of her life as an administrative assistant at Camden County Vocational Schools for over 25 years. During her time there, she formed lasting friendships with an incredible group of women who became like family to her.
She was an avid reader, had a passion for crafting and found joy in shopping and spending time with family and friends.
Her home was always filled with laughter and the beauty of her handmade touches. She had an extraordinary gift for making those around her feel welcome and loved.
Dolores was the proud and loving mother of Denise, Michelle, Kimberly, and Brian. Her greatest joy came from her role as “Grandmom” to her beautiful grandchildren.
She will be remembered for her generous spirit, quick wit, and the unwavering love she gave to her family and friends. Dolores leaves behind a legacy of kindness, creativity, and a family bound tightly by her love.
Family and friends are welcome to attend her visitation Tuesday, May 13th 9:00 – 10:30 AM at the Egizi Funeral Home, 119 Ganttown Rd., Washington Twp. Funeral service 10:30 AM Interment St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Chews Landing.
