Rusty Williams left a message on July 9, 2014:
Dwight Moody tells the story of a blind man sitting on a busy street corner holding a lantern. Someone went up to him and asked why he had the lantern, he was blind and the light of it was of no use to him. The blind man simply replied, “so that others won’t stumble and can find their way.” What a concept, holding a lantern so that others won't stumble, so others can find their way. I remember Dean as always having that smile on his face! And always - ALWAYS - asking me how I was doing whenever we saw each other. No matter what was going on in his life, Dean took the time to ask others how they were doing and he went out of his way to see that they were okay. Growing up with Dean and Keith meant the world to my brother, Glenn, and me. They were more than friends who were neighbors, they were like having two more brothers; we had two additional members of our family. My parents loved Dean and he always brought that smile with him - he lit up the room wherever he went. We're left with the memories of a remarkable man, a man whose lamp burned brightly so that others wouldn’t stumble; and whose light helped them find their way. May we honor Dean's legacy by holding that lamp so those in our lives won’t stumble, to help those in our lives find their way. It’s the ultimate passing of the torch, and I can’t think of a better way to honor Dean’s memory than to hold up the light that burned so brightly within him. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family and friends. Rest in peace, Dean. Rusty and Elissa Williams

My sincere condolences to the Bielicki Family. It is comforting to know that our Almighty God has not only the power but also yearns to resurrect our dead loved ones. My deepest sympathy to the family and friends of Dean. It’s been a lifetime ago since we ran together, but I’m sure his love of family and his loyalty to those around him are traits that he always carried with him and defined him as the man he was. My heart has just been saddened by the loss of a very kind, loving man. I just received the news of the Lord calling Dean to be with him. My condolences to all who are going through this loss. Dean was my neighbor and a really close friend of mine. Recently we had lost contact. Very kind man. He had been on my mind heavily wondering how he was doing and now I don't have to wonder.. He is in Heaven smiling down on all of us. I'm sure his mom greeted him with her open arms wen he entered the Gates of Heaven... He always wished he could see her again. His big bright smile will be my fondest memory of him. Please know all of his family will be in my prayers for your strength, and courage to endure all the days that lie ahead. One of the most famous sayings I will close with is: Some people come into your life for a "Reason" a "Season" or a "Lifetime".... Dean was that one person that would be your friend for all three! God Bless you Dear Elena you certainly do have a very Special Guardian Angel who will watch over you all your days here on Earth...R.I.P. Nancy O'Neill

My condolences to Keith and family. Just recently learned of loss. Dean was a great friend middle school through high school and beyond. Visited with family Casa lupita and Johnny Rockets few years back. One of my memories of Dean was in 10th grade I wasn't the best behaved(hard to believe) and I crazy glued a desk to tile floor. Dean got blamed by teacher, mother had to come to Shawnee, got suspended and never ratted me out. I owe you one Dean. Also many trips to maze on back of moped. You were a great guy and will be missed greatly.

Dean I am completely devastated, so many great times over the years. You had one of the biggest hearts of anyone I ever met, I am proud and honored to call you one of my best friends. You would have taken the shirt off your back for anyone, but competitive as the day is long, those qualities broke down walls, and your big smile entered any room before you. We always had each others back, thank you very much for that. I will miss you more than you will ever know sir. Your mission here is over but your work for God has just begun, love you Brother! Dean will forever be remembered as not only a wonderful father to Elena, but also as a great son-in-law and member of our family. He gave our granddaughter the best gift a father could give his child, and that was the gift of his time. We have fond memories of how Dean always found time to play with Elena even after working very long hours, how he enjoyed preparing the food for the many family meals we shared and how he was always willing to lend a helping hand. Dean was a good man who always showed love and respect to us. Dean, you left this world way too soon and you will be missed. Elena now has an angel in heaven to watch over her,,,,,,, Love,Cathy & Joe

Dean would appreciate a funny story, so I will tell the one he liked best! he reminded me of this time ...OFTEN! Dean and I were asked to drive to the Lawerenceville, NJ Casa Lupita to fill in for two manager who were on vacation. It was a busy night and we got done around 1:30am. I had been a manager at that location before so I knew some of the people. We got invited to a PARTY...of course we did! We got really drunk...of course we did! The next day we got into Deano's new Trans AM...remember that beauty? We started driving home to Marlton... Dean said Bob..do you remember the girl you met last night? I said sure...I wasn't that drunk Dean? then Dean said do you remember coming down stairs around 5am to get orange juice? I said NO Dean I did that? Dean said Yes Bob and the party was not over and you were not wearing any cloths! Dean and I laughed so hard driving down that road...we fell on each other until no more laugh came out! My Heart is Heavy! Bob Applegate

Deano...wow...will really miss you buddy! Dean and I spend close to 12 years working together! The fun we had together was just amazing... In the TGI Friday days we used to all go to Dean's apartment and watch movies drink beer and raise hell! In the Downey's days Dean and I used to work the night shift together and then run around Philly at 2-3 in the morning! Dean actually fired me from Casa Lupita...LOL. I had no better friend in the world than Dean! Life ...if we are lucky...give us a handful of friends. Dean was one of those people for me... Dean and I were the same age...He was born on October 29th and I the 30th! Two scorpios who were meant for each other. My heart goes out to the entire family! I have not seen Keith, Dana, Lisa and Mom for many years. Miss you all and hope you lives are happy. I love you Deano...RIP my friend ...I am right behind you...save me a seat at the concert! LOVE Bob Applegate
