David P. Collins, on October 6, 2012, of Washington Twp. Age 53. Loving father of Anthony Collins, Jonathan Collins, Jillian Gormley Brian, Christopher Collins, Nadine Doerr Dan, Derek Collins and Olivia Rose Collins. Devoted son of George and Dorothy nee Alber. Beloved grandfather of Dylan, Evan, Keagan, Ethan, Fallyn and Hunter. Dear brother of Debra Guido David, Cathy Trefethen David, Cindy Collins, Dorothy L. Collins Misha and Elisa Collins. He is also survived by his dear wife Nancy Diem.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing Thursday 9:00 -11:00 am at the EGIZI FUNERAL HOME, 119 Ganttown Rd., Washington Twp. Funeral Service 11:00 am. Interment private.

In lieu of flowers, donations in David’s memory may be made to the St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Pl., Memphis, TN 38105.

Dottie, George and Family: David will certainly be missed here on earth but he has been welcomed by Michelle and other loved ones that have been waiting to be reunited with him in heaven. My prayers for all of David's family. I also wanted to tell you how special I think it was that you gave everyone an opportunity to celebrate David's life last month for his birthday. My deepest sympathies to all Davids family. I remember him as a young man. He was a hard worker, loved his kids and had a special gift of making you love him. I have good memories of him as a great cook, good dancer but most of all how well he treated my mother. He is missed. With Love, Judy
