Dave, I will always remember you as a man that loved his truck! lol Seriously you were an all around great guy that knew his stuff..and did you love your wife! You loved her more than anything and it showed. I am proud to say I knew you and hope you are at peace. Until we meet again, rest in peace my friend.
Dave was always putting others first and helping everyone. I had the honor and pleasure of being one of his many friends in the Hemi Truck Club. We have all lost a wonderful and dear friend. God Bless Dave, his family, and loved ones. He is and will be missed.
Sue,my family and I will continue to remember you and your family in our prayers. My wife and I met Dave last year in Helen Ga. He was one of the first to welcome us and made a really good first impression.I have always enjoyed his wit and humor in his postings on the HTC website. May God"s grace and presence comfort you during this time.
Dave was a blessing to all of us that knew him on the HemiTruckClub. He gave me and my husband some words of encouragement and prayer when he seen that our daughter was sick, that means a lot to us. We never got that chance to meet him, but we know we will meet up with him in heaven. Thank You so much for sharing this great man with us and the world. God Bless Dave and his Family.
I had only met Dave once and that was at Hemi in the hIlls at Helen GA 2009. And during our brief meeting I found him to be a kind man and ready to help anyone at a moments notice.
May he rest in peace.
Peace of mind is a call away. We’re here when you need us most.
It is a real shame to loose a man like Dave. Over the last 5 years we have enjoyed many good times together. He was a selfless individual that always put others first. His infectious smile will be truly missed, and we will remember Dave for his New Jersey corn for ever. :
Such a pleasant man to spend time with.
Thanks to the family for sharing Dave with us. He was truly part of our family too. Rest in knowing that he touched many lives and will be remembered always.
God bless you Dave Kusinska!.
Godspeed Dave. It was nice to reconnect with you this past year. Your family is in my thoughts.
Dave joined the HemiTruckClub family on 15 July 2006. During his time with us, he became President of the New Jersey Chapter, volunteered to be the HTC Statistician, and achieved Truck of the Month for July 2008. He was always there to lend a helping hand - he touched so many of us with his wit and sense of humor. He drove his Hemi truck literally thousands of miles throughout the years to be with fellow HTC members during Club rallys and Get Togethers. Rarely will you see a more giving and sincere man than Dave.
He will be missed by us all. Rest in Peace Dave.
Sincere regards,
Mark Simonds MrHemi
Dave was my first supervisor and mentor in my EMS career. He was tough on me, I didnt like it but it made me strong. We had lost touch over the years and occasionally crossed paths at the hospitals. I was glad to have reconnected with him through FB. It was really amazing to see how happy he was in life. You could tell that his family was his world. It was great to see him have it all. Dave will be missed greatly, he touched far more lives that he will ever realize. RIP Dave, you were one of the good ones!!
Dave,... I am really going to miss our coffee meetings at D&D. It felt so comfortable, picking up with you right where we had left off so long ago. The gift you gave me this past Christmas continues to hold a position of honor on my desk, and it means so much more to me now.
While there will be lots of positive memories reflecting back on EMS calls, situations and old stories from the past, one thing will always stand out in my mind with each memory that I have of you,- no matter what, you were always my friend.
The EMS community has lost another great one. Rest easy now, buddy. We'll make sure the calls get handled. you just keep an eye on your family and all of your EMS friends from above. It's my turn to buy the next coffee when we meet again.....
I had the chance to work with Dave when he was @ CHOP. I don't thing I could ever recall a time when Dave complained about anything. Ever. Late Run? Dave didnt care, he'd do it. Comm Spec needed Coffee at 3 am? Dave didnt care, he'd wake up and go to WAWA.
Dave was a hell of guy. He was the Jersey guy. Got a Jersey run to some hosital in Jersey you never heard of? Send Dave, he knows where it is.
I have known David J for about 25yrs. I am so sorry for the lost that his family now has to face. I can not believe that he is gone and won't be there anymore to talk to or laugh with. He has always been a true and faithful friend. My thoughts and prays are with his family.
Dave was one of those men you don't come across very often. He would help anyone that needed it whether you asked him or not and expected nothing in return. I only met Dave a couple of times and I am honored to be considered one of his many friends. The first time I met Dave was in Aug of 2008 when he drove his Hemi 16 hours to come to my very first Alabama Chapter event. Dave made an impression on me that I will never forget. Sue if you every need anything please call me. Dave you will never be forgotten. God Bless the Kusinska Family
Like many other message writers I knew Dave through the Hemi Truck Club. I saw him at a couple of the annual events including one that my wife and I hosted here in Sandusky.
At the truck rally we gave him such a hard time about bringing 'Jersey corn' to Ohio where there are miles and miles or corn fields. He knew we had plenty of corn here, but this is just an example of Dave goig the extra mile to make a contribution. He was a genuine and just all around great guy.
I really enjoyed talking to him and will miss seeing him at future HTC events.
I never had the pleasure of meeting Dave, but through the truck club and just talking on facebook, he was a great man who loved his wife more than anything and loved his truck. He loved to help others and had a wonderful personality. He sponsored a trophy at my first car club and that meant a lot to me. This year we are going to do to it again, but in memory of him. He will be missed by all. Lisa 05yellowhemigirl
I never got the pleasure to meet Dave, but what Ive been told about him, he was a very special person that will be sadly missed by all. Nothing can be said to take away the pain of losing someone, but God needs special people too, and we will be with all of our loved ones soon. God Bless David
My sincere condolences to all of Dave's family and friends.
David I have great memories when we were just little kids like our family getting together at Easter and Thanksgiving and Christmas just to name a few . She told me about that for a straight week . My Mom and Dad always loved you dearly .They were as happy to see you every time the door knocked ,as you were to see them. My deepest condolences to Sue and Dave's family. I never had the honor of meeting Dave but have corresponded with him on HTC many times. I always found him respectful and often marveled at his love for his Hemi and more so his love for his job. After his heart surgery he was so overjoyed when he was finally able to go back to the job he truly loved - his EMT Family. He often talked about about his job and how much he loved his work. Godspeed Dave - "you take your Love with you".
I have worked with Daivd for many years in EMS. I even got him hooked on working nights for AMR for two yrs with me. We had some great times. He even rode EMS with me at Lambertville New Hope Ambulance Rescue Squad. Will miss him
Sue, Lauren, & Nikki, words cannot express how deeply sorry I am for your loss. Though I didn't know Dave personally, I could tell he was a great man, through talking with Sue. Even though he is not here physically, know that he is with all of you in your hearts!

I am truly sorry for you loss. Dave was a great man, and a personal friend. I will miss him greatly. My fondest memory of him was at the HTC Rally in Ohio, when on a whim, me and him decided to go wash our trucks and go eat. I will always remember him. I know he is smiling up in heaven, like he did so often here.

Dave aka: Daddy Dave was the most wonderful stepfather. He treated me like I was his own flesh and blood. It all started with me putting my mom on Match.com against her own free will...lol...and their love story now lives on! <3 He loved my mom like no one ever has, and I do not believe anyone will ever compare. I am grateful to have known him, and he will never, EVER be forgotten. He was such a kind, free-spirited man and that is how he will forever be remembered. He is in a better place now where he will no longer suffer, and as much as I will miss him, I know it is for the best.
Rest in peace...
I love you,

Sue and family,
We lost a true and honest friend with Dave's passing. I have only known Dave about 4 years but he touched many of us in the club in that short time. Dave always had a smile, and he could always make us laugh. Dave was the one who would jump in his truck and drive 16 hours to spend a couple days with us and if we ever needed anything he was there to lend a helping hand. I feel honored to have known Dave and been able to spend time with him.
R was for Race or maybe Reverse then R was for Recovery now R is for Rest in peace knowing that Dave will be looking over us all. God Bless and Godspeed Dave.
Peace of mind is a call away. We’re here when you need us most.

We meet Dave in Hellen Ga. for the first time and instantly became friends. A truly remarkable man. The Hemi Truck Club lost a terrific member. The world lost a loving soul.

I would like to extend my deepest sympathies to David's family. I was truly shocked and saddened to hear of his passing. I can honestly say that he was an exceptional person who I learned grew into an even more exceptional husband and family man.
