I have nothing but great memories of Mrs. Fior (we didn't call adults by their first name back in the day). Always had an ear to listen and something to feed you. To be honest, most of my memories of her involved laughter, she always had a smile. She was always rooting Tom, Mark Cromley and I on at our football and baseball games. I still remember the joy when Mr. Fior's Woodrow Wilson team beat Malcom X. Shabaz for the NJ State title. Rest in Peace Mrs. Fior. Prayers going out to the family.
Michele (Apostle) Shirley left a message on December 2, 2022:
She was the greatest of friend to my mother, Carolyn Apostle. We called her “Aunt Dar” and knew she was indeed family. She always made us laugh! We loved when she would tell us tales of getting into mischief with my mom in school. She stood by my mom through all the ups and downs, no matter what. We will love Aunt Dar forever.
Dean, Sandy and Taylor Fior left a message on December 1, 2022:
Mom, We are going to miss you so much. Thank you for being the best grandmom to Taylor. She has so many beautiful memories of the times you were able to share. We are heartbroken but we know you are at peace and reunited again with Dad/Pop. You were the best mother, mother-in-law and grandmother anyone could ask for. We love you....until we see you again Dean, Sandy and Tay Tay
