Clarence J. Reece “John”

On November 13, 2025, of Washington Twp. Age 80. Beloved husband of Cathy Reece and the late Lila Reece. Devoted father of Thomas (Laura), Theodore (Patty)and the late John. Caring step-father of Joseph Swift and Crystal Martin. Loving grandfather of Tommy, Billy, Brittany, Brianna, Noah, Riley, Lila and Crisha. Proud great-grandfather of Talula and Billy, Jr. Dear brother of the late David, Nick, Marie, and Eddie. Also loved by many nieces and nephews.

John was a man whose life was shaped by devotion, adventure, and hard work. He loved his family deeply and was honored with quiet strength and faith. Whether he was out on water boating, soaring through the sky in a plane, or cheering at the horse races, he embraced every moment with a sense of wonder and joy. He worked tirelessly—first removing stumps with grit and determination and dedicating 37 and a half years to driving for UPS, a career he took great pride in before his well-earned retirement. His life was full, vibrant, and lived on his own terms, and his legacy is one of love, dedication, and the spirit of a man who never stopped moving forward.

Family and friends are invited to attend his viewing Tuesday 6:00 – 8:00 pm and Wednesday 8:30 – 9:30 am at the Egizi Funeral Home, 119 Ganttown Road, Washington Twp. Funeral Service 9:30 am. Interment at Brownstown Cemetery, N. Church Street, Brownstown, PA.

In honor of John’s life, in lieu of flowers or other acts of sympathy, his family would encourage any donations to the American Diabetes Association.
