On September 24, 2010, of Clayton. Age 60. Beloved wife of the late John A. Ferrara. Devoted mother of John Paul Ferrara and Denise Whitaker Mike. Loving grandmother of Michael and Jack. Cherished daughter of Millie and the late Paul DiGiacomo. Dear sister of Camille Pellegrino and Charles Gaye, Paul Patty and Joseph DiGiacomo Tara. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewing Sunday eve 7:00 – 9:00 pm at the EGIZI FUNERAL HOME, 119 Ganttown Rd., Washington Twp. and Monday 10:15 – 11:15 am at SS Peter and Paul RC Church, 362 Ganttown Rd., Washington Twp. Mass of Christian Burial 11:30 am at the church. Interment St. Mary’s Cemetery, Williamstown.

John Paul, Denise, Camille, Millie, I was saddened to learn today of Cira's passing. Her love for all of you was evident in her every breath. She was the kindest, most giving woman I have ever known. She was a courageous fighter, but God knew is was time for her to be with her loving John. I will never forget her and all she had to offer the world. Love, Chris

Our prayers and sympathies are with your family. We knew your mom from her days at Thomas Jefferson School. My daughter, then in first grade, grew very attached to Cira. Dear Denise, John Paul, and Millie, I am so sorry for your loss. You should know that Cira was like a mother to me and my children. She came to my rescue at a very difficult time in my life, and I love her very dearly. She was sent to us from heaven, and I am so sad to let her go back to heaven.
