We are absolutely shocked to hear today of Charlie's death. Rita and I were high school classmates of Charlie and remained close friends through our class reunions and luncheons. He and I played on the football team together on the left side of the line. Charlie was a real football junkie -- he could recall remarkable details from all of our games. Always upbeat. A great, great guy. Rest in peace, Charlie, we'll miss you. Our condolences to Mary Ellen and family. Rita and Lew Bott

I was shocked and sorry to hear of the passing of Charles a friend and neighbor. Charley was always there if and when you might need him either for advice or help. Parke Place will truly miss his smile and friendship. I will always remember his riding around the neighborhood on his bike and our chats about baseball. Winnie and I offer our deep condolences to MaryEllen and the Garris Family. May He Rest In Peace, Amen
Peace of mind is a call away. We’re here when you need us most.

Uncle Charlie was a great mentor. We spent many family gatherings talking about our past experiences in skilled trade, we talked sports, and life. A wise man. The Garris family is in my thoughts during this difficult time.
