(nee Moore) On July 31, 2015 of Washington Twp. Age 76. Beloved mother of Therese Benyola (Scott) and the late Christopher Waters. Loving grandmother of Thomas, Alexandra, Olivia and Max. Dear sister of Joyce Connolly and the late Mary Nowak. Also survived by loving nieces and nephews.

Carolyn Ann Waters (Moore) born to Daniel and Minnie Moore on May 6, 1939 in Hoboken, NJ. A graduate of St Peters and St Paul’s High School, Carolyn grew up in Hoboken and moved to Toms River to raise her 2 children. Carolyn relocated to Staten Island in 1979 and moved back to New Jersey in 2000 to be close to her grandchildren. Carolyn loved to read, cook and watch TV. She also loved to spend time with family. Carolyn was very devoted to her faith. She was kind, nurturing and giving. She was a NY Yankees, NY Giants and NY Rangers Fan. Carolyn was loved very much and will be deeply missed.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewing Tuesday 7:00-9:00 PM at the Egizi Funeral Home 119 Ganttown Rd., Washington Twp. Mass of Christian Burial Wednesday 12:00 PM at St. Mary of the Lake Church, 43 Madison Ave., Lakewood, NJ. Interment, St. Mary of the Lake Cemetery, Lakewood. In lieu of flowers, donations in Carolyn’s memory may be made to the Center for Family Service, 584 Benson St., Camden, NJ 08103. Condolences may be shared with the family at www.egizifuneral.com.

I was so sorry to hear of your mother's passing. I got to see her almost everyday at The Atria. We became friends, talking about Hoboken memories and the Atria gossip.
