Barbara Ann (Mae) DiDonato (nee Rogers), on Saturday August 12, 2023, Barbara passed away peacefully surrounded and sung to by her husband William, her daughters, Dana, and Amy, grandsons, Aidan and Liam, and granddaughter Mae, sisters, Kathleen and Sandra, brother-in-law Paul, Rob, partner of Dana, Erik, partner of Amy.

Barbara was born on August 30, 1948, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to Lillian (nee Kassab) and Edward J. Rogers.

Barbara was a dedicated wife, mother, grandmother, daughter and sister. She had a love of reading and teaching, later becoming a librarian for the Waterford Township Library, where she assisted the local children with any school related projects. Barbara was also room mother when her girls attended Assumption Catholic Grade School.   Barbara’s love of cooking showed in the many family gatherings that were celebrated in Barbara and Bill’s homes in Atco and later Sicklerville, NJ.

Barbara will be deeply missed by her devoted husband William (Bill), her cherished daughters, Dana DiDonato, and Amy DiDonato, her three grandchildren, Aidan, Liam and Mae, her sisters, Kathleen Cristinziani (Robert(d)), Sandy Synnamon, brother-in-law Paul, sister-in-law Christina Rogers (brother Edward (d)), nieces and nephews, Noelle, Robbie, Justin and Eddie and our beloved Aunt Gloria Decker (nee Kassab).

In honor of Barbara’s love of family and children, in lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Saint Jude Children’s Research Hospital 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105 or by clicking on the link.

Relatives and friends are invited to share in a celebration of Barbara’s life along with her family. Visitation will begin 9:30 am followed by a Funeral Mass at 10:30 am on Friday, August 18th at Saint Charles Borromeo Catholic Church, 176 Stagecoach Road, Sicklerville NJ 08081.
