Annie M. Chandy nee Mani

On May 27, 2010, of Washington Township. Age 73. Beloved wife of Joseph. Devoted mother of Rosemary Patel and her husband, Niraj. Loving grandmother of Anya Patel.

Annie enjoyed gardening, sewing and playing cards. She especially enjoyed spending time with her family.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewing Tuesday evening 6:00 – 9:00 pm and Wednesday morning 10:00 – 10:30 am at SS Peter & Paul RC Church, 362 Ganttown Road, Washington Township. A Crowning Ceremony will follow at 10:30 am. Mass of Christian Burial 11:00 am at the church. Interment St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Chews Landing.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Annie’s memory may be made to help the Anaplastic Thyroid Cancer Research, please make donations payable to Trustees of the University of Pennsylvania, Annie Chandy Fund for Dr. Brose.

I am truly sorry for your loss, Rosemary. Your mom must have been a truly wonderful person to have raised a special woman like yourself. I hope you and your family can find peace and joy in the days to come within all the wonderful memories you have had with your mom.
