Anna Marie passed away peacefully Friday, September 26, 2014. She was surrounded by the love of her life, her daughter and close family and friends.
Anna Marie, daughter of Mary Saros, was born in the Fairmount section of Philadelphia on August 11, 1945. Born an only child, she grew up with a slate of cousins, which to her, were her sisters and brothers. She was a graduate of Hallahan High School in 1964 and was extremely proud to receive her Golden Diploma this June. Soon after graduating she wed the love of her life, Ted Supranowicz on November 28, 1964. They resided in Fairmount where they began their family with their children Teddy, Donna and Anthony. In 1977 they moved to Washington Township, NJ where they continued to raise their family and build their lives together. This November would have marked Ted and Anna Marie’s 50th Wedding Anniversary.
Anna Marie enjoyed working as a realtor at Wedgewood Realty for many years. During her years there she established lifelong friendships with special memories. Years later, she began working at Family Practice where she developed relationships and more lifelong friends.
Anna Marie was an extremely strong-willed and loving woman. In spite of suffering an unimaginable hardship with the loss of her cherished sons, Teddy and Anthony, it was her deep hearted love for Ted, Donna, Edgie, grandchildren, family, and friends that enabled her to live a happy and fulfilling life.
She was affectionately known as Mom-Mom to her four grandchildren Little Edgie, Anthony, Matthew and Brielle and her extended Manzo grandchildren Karch, Dakota, Koy, CJ, Carson, Casey, Sammi, Julia, Markie, Karly, Ally, Jayme, Sam and Michael. Her grandchildren will forever be blessed by all the ways she loved them.
Anna Marie enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, humming, ceramics, reading, sitting by her pool, Facebook, Candy Crush and telling stories…which will truly be missed.
Three years ago Anna Marie was diagnosed with Stage 4 Squamous-cell carcinoma. Her strong will and love pushed her to fight to live. On September 26, 2014 she sadly lost her battle… she will be forever missed by all who loved her.
