One of my favorite memories of Ann (Nancy) is the time I was about to get engaged years ago and there were a lot of differences in moral beliefs between me and him. One night Nancy said to me "let's go get some religion" and dazed I said to her "But we're already Catholic and go to Mass". Nancy responded that there was a Charismatic prayer meeting at our Catholic church which she thought would also help both of us. It sure did. Nancy and I from that point on attended many prayer meetings and Charismatic Conferences together and gained a much, much more personal relationship with Jesus and our Mass and Catholic Church through the Catholic Charismatic Renewal Prayer Meetings. I know that Nancy would say with me that this changed our lives tremendously to this day. The Lord through the prayer of the prayer meetings kept me from marrying the wrong person not to mention all the other wonderful gifts He gave to both Nancy and me through our lives and friendship of about four decades. I, for one, will miss Nancy very, very much, and already do., but we know she is in Heaven with Jesus and the rest of our family and friends already there awaiting our coming. I do not have to tell anyone what a lovely, special person Nancy is. So please join me in saying "Praise the Lord for the Gift of Nancy in Our Lives" and I know she is saying the same about you (us).
