Angelo C. Gesualdo
On March 30, 2026 of Blackwood. Age 90. Beloved husband of Margaret (nee Startare). Devoted father of Deborah Oehrle (Gary), Dorothy Grady, and Richard Grady. Loving grandfather of Andrew (Kristin) and Adam (Joy). Proud great-grandfather of Ruby, Iris, and Gideon. Dear brother of Rose Ann Godfrey (the late Roger) and the late Ronald Gesualdo. Loved by many nieces and nephews.
Dad was the ultimate provider and took great care of his family. He was a proud veteran of the United States army. He loved making up corny little rhymes just to get us to laugh. He was always entertaining everyone with some practical joke or song that he made up himself. He loved his family, especially his grandchildren, all of the Philadelphia sports teams, college basketball and betting on the Kentucky derby with his family. He loved his sunny d drink, mom’s Sunday dinners, and dining out at restaurants (preferably Italian) with his family. He worked hard as a master tile setter and enjoyed his retirement. He loved reading his daily prayers and was proud to have been an altar boy as an adolescent and aspired to be a priest but pursued the family life instead.
Family and friends are welcome to attend his viewing Tuesday, April 7th 10:00 – 11:30 AM at the Egizi Funeral Home, 119 Ganttown Rd., Washington Twp. Funeral service 11:30 AM.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Angelo’s memory may be made to Samaritan Hospice.
