On May 29, 2024, of Washington Twp. Age 46. Loving father of Ariana. Dear son of the late Anthony, Sr. and Linda (nee Costa) Ricciardi Lovingly raised by AnnaMae Colongo and Donna Costa . Dear brother of April Renzetti, Anthony Ricciardi (deceased), Alex Ricciardi (Ashley), Adam Ricciardi (Rebecca), Domenick D’Orazio (Joann), Mercedes Wolfe (Greg), Geno Colongo (Tina), and Jimmy Colongo (Lindsay). Loved by many nieces and nephews.
Andrew was an avid mentor, scholar, and athlete. His intellectuality towards learning new things while also having the opportunity to educate others was a passion he stood by. His love for chocolate chip cookies and all things Philadelphia sports spoke almost as loudly as he did. A charismatic soul, a leader and a fighter who left imprints on all those who crossed his path. “Nothing will ever be as hard as life, but it’s not about how hard the hit is, it’s about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward.” We love you in this life and the next.
Family and friends are invited to attend his visitation Wednesday 9:00 am – 12:00 pm at the Egizi Funeral Home, 119 Ganttown Road, Washington Twp. Funeral Service 12:00 pm.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Andrew’s memory may be made to The Rock Ministries Calvary Chapel of Kensington via their website at https://form-renderer-app.donorperfect.io/give/the-rock-philly/donate.

We want you to know that for the time Andrew was a part of our lives we loved and cherished him so much. There are so many beautiful memories that we will hold dear to our hearts forever and to say he would be missed is for sure an understatement. He has undoubtedly left a hole here. We promise to always keep him alive in our hearts and honor him by never forgetting every beautiful lesson he taught us about life, patience, compassion and humility. He never wasted a chance at turning a moment into a lesson and I will carry that with me forever. I was not as close to Andrew as many others were, but Andrew always made me feel welcomed and loved. To be honest, the first day I met him, I was a bit intimidated by him. But within moments of taking to Andrew, I could see Andrew was a big softie who wore his heart on his sleeve, and loved people, and loved making people feel included and valued.
My sincere condolences to Andrew’s friends and family, he was very special, one of a kind, and will be missed.

I am so sorry for the whole FAMILY'S LOSS... the Colongo's & Ricciardi's as aunt ANN WAS HIS 2nd Mother. Ange was 1 of nicest, funniest, smart, and quick witted people I've ever known. You brought laughter to any where u went. Your is way too many stories to start telling them. But all I know is that I LOVE YOU & WILL ALWAYS LOVE YOU!!!

My heart is heavy with the loss of another one of my favorite "SONS". For all these long years of teaching and coaching I have always looked at the young men I have coached to replace the son that I lost many many years ago. Andrew was one of those adopted sons along with so many others from the Riccardi and Colongo lineage. Thank God there are many other families remaining. As for Andrew?
