Andrea M. Amos
On February 2, 2023 of Berlin. Beloved daughter of Christine and Dennis Green and Raymond and Leslee Amos. Loving companion of 18 years of Richard Gellman. Dear sister of Heather Zimmerman, Dennis, Jr., and Joseph Green. Loving grandchild of Dolores Green. Loved by her aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews of the Kinder, Maricondo, Green, and the Amos families. Also survived by her best friend since high school, Carol Ann Caporaletti.
Andrea loved her animals. She was an avid rescuer of greyhounds as well as cats from the shelter. Everything in her house was cruelty free and never tested on animals. She had a passion for New York City, especially its restaurants, bakeries, and the Mets.
As much as she enjoyed the city, she also loved going out to the mountains of Montana. She always enjoyed being out in nature and seeing wildlife. Sea turtles were a favorite of hers. She enjoyed gardening and looked forward to planting flowers and vegetable plants in the Spring. She was handy in the kitchen and made an excellent matzo ball soup. She always wanted to give to others, even when she had nothing to give.
Family and friends are invited to attend her viewing Friday 10:00-11:30 AM at the Egizi Funeral Home, 119 Ganttown Rd., Washington Twp. Mass of Christian Burial 12:00 PM at SS Peter & Paul RC Church, Washington Twp. Interment, St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Chews Landing.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Andrea’s memory may be made to Homeward Bound Pet Adoption Center, P.O. Box 475, 125 County House Rd., Blackwood, NJ 08012.
