Altha L. Mancuso (nee Tripp), on January 27, 2019, of Washington Twp. Age 96. Beloved mother of Frank Mancuso (Fran), Bonita Wildflower and Deborah Spagnola (Ron). She is also survived by her loving grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Mom, as we called her and Mom Mom to her beloved grandchildren, had the peaceful heart of the Amish, about whom she loved to read. She was talented in so many ways – a fabulous cook and baker, sewed beautiful quilts and possessed a green thumb with an amazing garden.
Our mother had given her life to Jesus decades ago and lived the faith. Always a lady whose loving kindness will forever be remembered.
She taught us to be accepting of others despite differences. Forgiveness of offenses seemed to be readily available without partiality.
Always a woman of peace, she calls to mind Proverbs 31, wife and mother. She loved well and will forever be missed.
Relatives and friends are invited to visit with the family Friday 10:00 – 11:00 am at St. John’s United Methodist Church, 149 Ganttown Rd., Washington Twp. Funeral Service 11:00. Entombment will take place privately.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Altha’s memory may be made to American Stroke Association PO Box 417005 Boston, MA 02241-7005
